At Clear Simulations, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review the details below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking number).
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Exception:
Any custom orders including custom surgical models, custom engineered models, custom digital orders or any other customized orders are non-refundable. Since these items are created specifically for your request, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production or design work has begun.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@clearsimulations.com to request return instructions.
- Package the item securely to avoid damage.
- Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method.
👉 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds & Processing Time.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
4. Exceptions.
- Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Contracted purchases: Returns will follow the terms in the written contract.
