1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking number).
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Custom surgical planning models are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@clearsimulations.com to request return instructions.
  2. Package the item securely to avoid damage.
  3. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method.

👉 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds & Processing Time.

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  2. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days.
  3. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

4. Exceptions. 

  1. Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
  2. Contracted purchases: Returns will follow the terms in the written contract.
